Having worked across the not-for-profit/social purpose and government sectors for over twenty years, Jess is passionate about social impact work that improves lives and creates a more connected community.

With a BA, BScWk (Hons) and Grap Dip in Primary Education, her roles have spanned the focus areas of disability, family support, child protection, education and digital inclusion.

Having built her understanding of grassroots delivery, as well as government policy development, Jess has cemented her career in leading growth and innovation in the not-for-profit sector. Her focus is strategy and business development that ensures social purpose organisations have a sound commercial business model that can deliver long-term sustainability and impact.

As the National Director for Good Things Foundation Australia since October 2017, Jess has led the establishment of an innovative Australian social change organisation, founded a thriving national digital inclusion network that has over 3500 community partners, and is recognised as a leader in digital inclusion in Australia.
